John received a BS in Business Administration from California State University of Chico in 1984. From 1984 to 1988 – John was the Operations Manager for Prudential Securities in Carmel, CA. John received his Real Estate sales license in 1999. Previous to his career in Real Estate Sales, John was an owner operator of a home inspection business servicing the Greater Monterey Bay and South Santa Clara areas. He has personally conducted and produced over 12000 home inspection report – covering reportable items from the foundation to the roof.
Renee received a BS in Business Administration from The University of Arizona in 1986 with a Triple Major in Accounting, Finance and Real Estate. While working as a personal banking officer for Wells Fargo Bank – Renee received her Real Estate Brokers License in 1987 and entered the Real Estate Industry in 1990. With almost 20 years of sales and the experience and hundreds of Real Estate transactions she brings a multitude of talents to all of our clients. Renee is a consistent top producer and is currently the President of the San Benito County Association of Realtors. Renee was the 2007 recipient of the “Realtor of the Year Award”. Renee donates her time and expertise to numerous organizations including the Kinship Center and The Community Service Development Corporation.
